Challenge: Filthy-50 Cardio Blast Workout

Notes: The filthy-50 cardio workout is geared to work your lower body while forcing you to train at a high pace to increase your staminia and endurance. The required exercises are all done with your own body weight. (Feel free to add weight vest or medicine balls to workout to increase intensity)

Duration: 10-15 minutes

Focus: Stamina & Endurance / Shoulders, Core, & Legs

Workout: Perform three cycles of all exercises in fastest time possible. Keep proper form.

  1. 50 Air Squats
  2. 50 Jumping Jacks
  3. 50 Lateral Slides - on slide board
  4. 50 sec Wall Squat
